1. Gun crime conference

After first conference megaman (pictured here with organizer Natalie Suliman ) declared “I have never advocated guns and never will”. He stated that positive leadership skills needed to be encouraged particularly amongst black young men. To often schools have taught the opposite. This interview went out on ITV news.

2. The black police association shared the horror of a real life gun crime event in a PowerPoint presentation chief inspector. Stated that he was proud that no one had ever been shot on a trident arrest. DJ Spooney (the dream team) asked should the police be armed. Inspector George Royden replied that special units like Trident should be. He would leave if all police were armed. The heart less crew encouraged everyone to stop the violence and work together.

3. Drug abuse

James talked about the temptations of peer pressure and aasy money from drug dealing. However he declared we were told that we would live in Palaces but it never happened – only cells and jails and all my gang friends are dead. James developed a huge cocaine addiction and eventually (after 20 years) got help at Teen Challenge Centre. He is now a senior drug counselor, a pastor and speaker. Faith and the power of love have to be taught to young people.
